I value The Art of War for its emphasis on preparation, adaptability, and strategy. Those principles apply well beyond military operations, including to business and everyday decisions.

Business Adventures
examines pivotal moments in the histories of familiar companies. I recommend it to anyone starting a business or trying to understand how decisions, people, and incentives shape a company’s direction.

Why It Matters
